The 34th Annual Hong Kong International Film Festival opening ceremony and party took place yesterday. The new film CROSSING HENNESSY (YUET MOON HIN NEI SI) is the opening film. Its director Ivy Ho (Ong Sai), actors Tang Wei, Paw Hee Ching, Andy On Chi Kit and Lowell Lo Koon Ting attended. Another opening film LIKE A DREAM's director Clara Law Cheuk Yiu and writer Eddie Fong Ling Ching also attended.

For a long Mainland ban, actress Tang Wei finally promoted the film CROSSING HENNESSY in Hong Kong after the ban was lifted. Tang Wei expressed that in the film she played a girl who lost both of her parents. This collaboration with Ong Sai was very pleasant. As for the Mainland ban lift, Tang Wei said about whether she would make more movies. "I await company arrangement." Was she happy? She changed the subject. "The collaboration between me and Ong Sai is very pleasant." Since she just had her ban lifted, would she avoid promoting in the Mainland for now? Tang Wei said, "No big deal, I am waiting for company arrangement." Tang Wei expressed that this was not her first promotion. She has been working throughout and never stopped. She has always focused on her career.

CROSSING HENNESSY's actor On Chi Kit expressed that for now he has not had the time to congratulate Tang Wei. He pointed out that they only saw each other during the shoot and have not had time to meet for dinner. He said, "Everyone have been very busy. Sometimes I am busy with video games, sometimes I am busy with keeping my girlfriend company." On Chi
Kit had nothing but praise for the screenplay, but he did not dare to talk about the box office performance. Will he invite his girlfriend Jennifer Tse Ting Ting to watch? On Chi Kit pointed out that his girlfriend today will come in support. On Chi Kit was happy for Tang Wei's Mainland ban lift and was happy for her after hearing the news.
