We have another great selection of DVDs in release this week! Let's get right down to it and have a look at what's coming out on DVD on Tuesday July 13, 2010.
First up is Atom Egoyan's latest film Chloe, starring Julianne Moore, Amanda Seyfried and Liam Neeson and the DVD has some really great extras including a commentary and making of. Next up is The Greatest, which I was surprized that we didn't see it theatrically last year because I do remember seeing the trailers for this family drama centred on dealing with grief starring Carey Mulligan, Pierce Brosnan and Susan Sarandon. A great treat this week is Hey, Hey It's Esther Blueburger, an Australian coming of age early teen comedy with a fabulously awkward protagonist who tries to find her place in the world and within herself.
Also out this week is the slacker-ish comedy Greenberg and the highly acclaimed film The Pool. We also have the dream based horror film Parasomnia, Max Manus which is about a Norwegian resistance fighter during WWII, thriller Formosa Betrayed starring James Van Der Beek and the Italian thriller The Girl by the Lake.
TV on DVD this week includes Discovery's Shark Week: Jaws of Steel and sci fi series Warehouse 13 Season 1.
More titles include The Bounty Hunter, the cross-cultural wedding comedy Our Family Wedding and Saint John of Las Vegas starring Steve Buscemi.
