The Patrick Kong (Yip Lim Sum) directed MR. & MRS. SINGLE (YUN FUN NAM NUI) just opened in Hong Kong. The film not only had substance actors Eason Chan Yik Shun, Rene Liu (Lau Yeuk Ying) and Harlem Yu Ching Hing, new actress Gao Jie also left an impression. Although she lacked acting experience, she was willing to learn.

Gao Jie was very happy about the chance to participate in this film, in particular learning acting from substance actors like Lau Yeuk Ying, Chan Yik Shun, Yu Ching Hing and others. Most importantly they were all very nice, they were very willing to teach her and share their experience. She benefited a lot from them. She said, "In the film I played Yu Ching Hing's personal assistant, we had many scenes together. On television he was very funny as a host. In reality he was no different and perhaps even more humorous. He often made me laugh. Like Eason he too was a joy on the set." Yip Lim Sum also praised Gao Jie's potential. Although she did not have much screen time, she performed with an effort. She was also smart and understood with a little hint.

Eason Chan Yik Shun, Rene Liu (Lau Yeuk Ying), Bai Bing, Harlem Yu Ching Hing and others starred MR. & MRS. SINGLE (YUN FUN NAM NUI) will be released in Hong Kong Thursday. The film mostly shot on location in Beijing, director Patrick Kong (Yip Lim Sum) and Eason both liked to eat. Often after work they went together to look for food. Eason was very excited when food was mentioned. He said, "We super love the local Peking Duck, almost everyday I have to have it."

In the film Eason and his superior Lau Yeuk Ying were on a business trip to Fujian. Everyone heard about the beautiful Tai Laoshan scenery so they shot there for a few days. The weather was great for a picnic. Milk Team said, "When shooting in a place with great scenery, all my troubles go away. Everyday we shot until very late so we couldn't enjoy the scenery. I remember my final shot, the scene in which I looked at the phone at the hotel. At the time the sun was about to rise and I already worked for an entire night. Right now my impression of the place was blurry because I truly was too tired!" Eason also liked the place very much, "Here is very quiet, it has a feeling of being far from all the hustle and bustle. Instantly my mind is clear, it's very comfortable!"

The Emperor distributed romance YUN FUN NAM NUI (SECRET MARRIAGE MAN WOMN) is Patrick Kong (Yip Lim Sum) directed. The cast includes Eason Chan Yik Shun, Best Actress Rene Liu (Lau Yeuk Ying) and Bai Bing as well as a special performance by Harlem Yu Ching Hing. The film will open in Hong Kong on April 14. As for the title hints, the subject is "secret marriage". In other words two people are married but deliberately hide their married status. In the film Chan Yik Shun and Bai Bing are a secretly married couple.

Although it was their first collaboration, they did not have time to get to know each other before Yip Lim Sun threw them into a wedding photo shoot on their first day of work. As the director, Chan Yik Shun and Bai Bing communicated, the always mischievous Chan Yik Shun suggested shooting an unusual wedding photo series that would be memorable for the audience. "The normal wedding photos are nothing new. Since we are happy rivals, we should have more mischievous elements." The director liked his suggestion very much. "Chan Yik Shun is an actor who is full of ideas. He loves to have exchanges with people around him, this way he can very easily make the whole thing even more perfect." The wedding photo shoot that was expected to take all day only took three hours. The mischievous Eason even made over 100 cute expressions and poses, which made all the workers on the set very happy as he thoroughly displayed his comedy genes.

During the shoot, Bai Bing's face was often in a deep shade of pink and looked somewhat awkward. At first the director thought it was a make up issue, but later Bai Bing said that she was an Eason fan and the truth came out. Bai Bing excitedly said like a little fan, "I have always liked to watch his movies and listen to his songs, so I have longed to work with him one day. Later I learned that in the film I would play his wife, I was so happy that I couldn't sleep. Just now I already tried to suppress my emotions, but I couldn't control my face from naturally blushing."

[2010.11.13] EASON CHAN AND BAI BING IMITATE TITANIC

10:25 PM | Labels: , , ,

courtesy of singtao.com

Eason Chan Yik Shun recently worked on his new film YUN FUN NAM NUI (SECRET MARRIAGE COUPLE) with Rene Liu (Lau Yeuk Ying), Harlem Yu Ching Hing and others. Two days ago Eason and the film's Mainland star Bai Bing worked on a wedding gown scene. He even changed his usually humorous ways as he was serious and full of warmth during the shoot.
However Eason still could not help but make fun on the set as he suddenly knelt and proposed to Bai Bing. When they posed in front of a sunset background, Eason deliberately spread his arms out as Bai Bing tightly embraced him from behind. They immediately imitated the classic romance TITANIC's classic pose.
