Triple Eclipse: Canadian, North American, UK & Australian Box Office July 2, 2010 Weekend

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse easily tops the Canadian, North American & Australian box office this past weekend and has a substantial take so far from it's June 30, 2010 release date. Interesting to note that it doesn't take the #1 gross of the year weekend for Canada & North America, but it did make the same amount again on the weekend alone as it made on Wednesday & Thursday. It did take the #1 grossing weekend in Australia, where the box office numbers are take from Thursdays to Sundays. The Twilight Saga: Eclipse opens in the UK on July 9, 2010.

The other big release of the week is The Last Airbender, which opened pretty strong considering, landing #3 spot of the week in Canada, #2 in North America, even with the reviews so far have left a lot to be desired. The Last Airbender opens on August 13, 2010 in the UK and on September 16, 2010 in Australia.
