Karate Kid & Sex in the City 2 x 2: Canadian, North American, UK & Australian Box Office June 11, 2010 Weekend

It's a battle of the 80's here in Canada and North America with The Karate Kid (2010) coming in first and The A-Team claiming the #2 spot. The A-Team also lands at the #2 spot in it's debut week in Australia, but will not open in the UK until July 30, 2010. Those were almost the only new releases on the charts with week other than Letters to Juliet which opened at #2 in the UK. Topping both the UK and the Australian charts is Sex and the City 2.

It will be interesting to see what happens this weekend with one of the biggie release of the summer with Toy Story 3, although June 18, 2010 is the release date just for Canada & the US out of these markets.
