December Sweetness: Princess & Christmas Top Canadian, North American & UK Box Office December 11, 2009 Weekend

December is getting all sweet on us as the top spots go to Disney's two latest films: The Princess and the Frog in Canada & North America and A Christmas Carol springs back to the top in the UK in it's 6th week there. Here in Canada The Twilight Saga: New Moon slips from first to second place for the first time since release where it held the top spot for three weeks running. I'm thrilled to see the limited release of A Single Man hit the Canadian charts, even if it was at 20. Hopefully it will gain wider release and audience will continue to grow. Where The Wild Things Are makes a strong UK debut at #2. Will be interesting to see how things do next weekend after as the Golden Globes nominations have been announced.
