The Toronto Film Critics Association Awards 2009 have been announced and a few surprizes here, including ties - both best picture and best screenplay resulted in a tie! Lots of love for Hunger, a film I've not seen on many other year end lists and also lots of for Inglourious Basterds. Here are the results, including runner ups!
