In Joyce Cheng Yun Yi's big screen debut 72 TENANTS OF PROSPERITY (72 GA JO HAT) she played her mother Lydia Shum Din Ha's famous Shanghai lady character, but Yun Yi honestly said that Fei Jeh was too cute and could not be impersonated. Yet before her performance she also reviewed Fei Jeh's old work in hopes of trying to resemble Mommy's expressions and gestures. Yun Yi said, "When Mommy played Shanghai Lady she should only be 30 something and just started dating Daddy. I thought she was very pretty! Back then Daddy performed as well, I thought it was very cute." Although when Yun Yi watched Mommy's old work she did not cry, when she was little she kept watching IT'S A MAD MAD MAD WORLD (FU GWAI BIK YUN) because when Fei Jeh was working on it she was carrying her. Thus she never got tired of watching it and she grew up with the film.

Aside from resemblance to Fei Jeh's gestures and expressions, Yun Yi also had to use Shanghainese foul language in the film. Although her grandmother taught her Shanghainese, old people do not use foul language. Thus Yun Yi had to consult co-workers in the dressing room, record them on her phone and kept practicing. Did Yun Yi feel that she resembled Fei Jeh? She shook her head and said, "No, Mommy in my heart is already a god, I am just trying to perform. (Did you wear Mommy's glasses for the performance?) No, but the glasses are already placed on the altar." Yun Yi also said that this film was a great experience and she hoped to be able to keep making movies. She would also like to play villains or gossip mongers. She said, "Actually I want to play any character because I want to store more experience. (Would you like to work with your father Adam Cheng Siu Chau?) Of course I would if I have the chance, but it can't be costume. Daddy's costume is No. 1. One look from his eyes can already kill. His horse riding and swordplay have to be prettier than others. Then I would just become a fan and can't perform."
