Everyone Saw Iron Man 2 - Canadian, North American, UK & Australian Box Office May 7, 2010 Weekend

Except me. I was too busy seeing awesome documentaries at Hot Docs, but don't worry - it's on the list for completist and zeitgeist viewing, but I dind't love the first Iron Man and don't anticipate loving this one but hey, charismatic fellas in suits can't be all bad. Iron Man 2 topped all four charts this weekend and was the highest grossing weekend take for 2010 so far in both Canada and North America (with Alice in Wonderland (2010) coming in a close second), and it still doing strong in it's second week of release in the UK and Australia. And it wasn't even in 3D! Take that special glasses fee!

Interesting to see We Live in Public at #8 on the Canadian charts - although it's noted as Walt Disney release and I can hardly imagine that that would be the Ondi Timoner documentary on internet pioneer Josh Harris.
