Wu Chun's film 14 BLADES (GUM YI WAI) will be released in the Lunar New Year. In the film he and Donnie Yen Chi Tan had many scenes together. Wu Chun praised Chi Tan as professional and amazing. Because Wu Chun did not start as an action actor, injury was inevitable with a martial art expert like chi Tan. Thus each time before he fought Chi Tan he would first make preparations with the stunt coordinators.

However was he able to handle the numerous action scenes in the film? He said, "I have always exercised and studied boxing. The team also provided training so I can still fight. (Were you injured during the shoot?) Definitely, but it wasn't too severe. Most were bruises." He remembered an archery scene. When he pulled back on the bow the rocket on the arrow suddenly exploded early. His eyes kept tearing up when something got into his eyes and they hurt endlessly. He said, "At the time I was very afraid that I would be blind. Luckily after a few minutes I was fine, then I breathed a sigh of relief." Although action film was very tough, he still would make them when he had the chance because he wanted highly difficult challenges.

As for female lead Vicki Zhao Wei's absence from promotion, Wu Chun expressed that each person has her own reason. He would only do his part and absolutely would not mind who did more or less. Aside from film promotion he also had to promote his new record. Thus he has not been in Taiwan for 20 days. He honestly said that he was exhausted as his energy dropped from 100 to 10. Luckily Hong Kong was the final stop. In the New Year he would have at least a week to rest.
