An avid television viewer, Fat Gor said that two nights ago he watched the NO REGRETS finale. As for his choice for TVB Best Actor award, he abandoned the favorites and picked Kent Cheng Juk Si. When asked about Raymond Lam Fung, he joked that he looked like Mak Bau.
Fat Gor's appearance attracted media coverage. The event arranged for his partners of many years Carol Cheng Yui Ling to host. The entire event only had 15 minutes for questions and also showed his new film highlight. Fat Gor who has not seen his good friend in years flirted and praised Dodo as young and pretty. In the event he was asked about his home TVB and its Best Actor and Best Actress awards. Reporters first asked whether he watched the NO REGRETS finale. He not only praised that it was good but also watched Dodo win the big laisee at the TVB Anniversary. He joked that luck was with his good friend.
Felix Wong Yat Wa earlier blasted TVB for playing favorites, Fat Gor said that he did not read the related reports. He also said, "I of course would praise and not scold TVB!" Has he thought about returning home to make a series, he said to Dodo, "If you are willing then I am!" Dodo responded, "Really? If you do I would no matter how tough it is!" As for his choice for this year's TVB Best Actor, he said, "I like Cheng Juk Si. As for Actresses it's Man Nui (Sheren Tang Shui Man), Ah Sheh (Charmaine Sheh Si Man)." As for TVB's own Lam Fung, he joked, "He looks like Mak Bau!" If he could only choose on Best Actor, he would only choose Cheng Juk Si. As for new comers, he took his time and joked that they were all very old. Did he feel that both film and television lacked successors? He joked, "Nothing much is new! Everyone is very old, I am the newest! Does Mak Bau count as a new comer? This new comer is pretty good. Lam Fung is already a veteran!"
As for his new film box office, Fat Gor felt that the most important was for him to keep getting film offers. Later he will work on THE MONKEY KING (DAI LAU TIN GUNG). If he was invited to promote in Taiwan would he be afraid of the bullets? Fat Gor responded, "No! I have
Jiang Wen!) Lee Tim Sing earlier thanked the off screen talent and supporting cast. Fat Gor also said, "From the beginning to the end the off screen talent must be complimented. All television and movies have to have the support of the off screen talent!" As for the passing of Wong Jing's father Wong Tin Lam, he said, "We had a lot of happy on the job memories! I will call Ah To (Johnnie To Kei Fung). People ultimately have to go, 80 year old is considered a smiling death!"
